GENERAL WARRANTY

Home Diva 1-Year Limited Warranty

Home Diva ("Home Diva," "we," "us," or "our") warrants that the products you purchase from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use for a period of one (1) year from the invoice date. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge (except for any fees associated with shipping, handling, packing, and return postage, which will be the responsibility of the customer or dealer making the claim). We reserve the right to use refurbished or reconditioned parts in the repair of defective products.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or chemicals.
Electrical damage caused by power surges or fluctuations.
Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Products that have been modified or altered in any way.
Products that are used for commercial or rental purposes.
Products that are purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Additional Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product.
We do not cover the costs related to returning the product during the warranty timeframe (including labor, inspections, transportation, or repair costs).
Any claims under this warranty must be made in writing to us within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defect.
We reserve the right to inspect the defective product before authorizing any repairs or replacements.
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.

Applicable Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Entire Agreement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Home Diva and the purchaser of the product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this warranty and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this warranty shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Home Diva.

Remedies

The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies, whether at law, in equity, or otherwise.
