Warranty Coverage: This limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use for a period of one year from the invoice date. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will replace the part or product free of charge (except for any fees associated with shipping, handling, packing, and return postage which will be the responsibility of the customer or dealer making the claim).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage (dents, stains, or fading due to exposure to sunlight). This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes. Additional items that are not covered or that may void the warranty include customer modifications to the furniture, fabric damage due to fabric protection application, colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics, use of which the product was not designed or intended. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product. And Home Diva does not cover the costs related to returning the product during the warranty timeframe (including labor, inspections, transportation, or repair costs).
